Job summary

The position reports to the Office Manager or Team Lead and involves processing patient data, promoting current programs, managing patient flow, and supporting the team in a fast-paced office

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Previous medical office experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently collect and verify health history, medications, and current refraction/CL data and enter into the EHR.
• Inform patients of current promotions and monitor patient flow to minimize delays.
• Educate patients on Vision Today Program focal points and provide weekly program reports to the Office Manager.
• Prepare for patient appointments by reviewing Vision Today selections as applicable.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Office Manager, Team Lead, or doctor(s).
