Compass Post Acute Rehabilitation in South Carolina is seeking a dedicated admissions lead to coordinate patient intake, interviews, and bed management. You will interface with residents, guardians and multiple departments to ensure complete documentation and timely processing.

The role requires admissions experience, long-term care familiarity, and strong communication. A collaborative, service-focused mindset and clinical background are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Admissions experience in a healthcare facility.
• Long term care experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team.
• Positive attitude and driven by desire to serve others.
• Must have clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Obtain and review admission documents and forward to the appropriate departments.
• Supervise or conduct interviews of residents/guardians and gather required information and signatures.
• Assist in the orientation program for residents and personnel.
• Maintain accurate bed availability records.
• Develop good working rapport with inter-department personnel and other departments within the facility.
• Maintain a resident waiting list per established policies and procedures.
• Keep current on Medicare/Medicaid provider regulations for skilled nursing facilities.
• Maintain daily and monthly census reports.
