Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Organize a patient activities program for individuals and groups to promote patient well-being.
• Plan, organize, and implement leisure activities across physical, social, religious, creative, and intellectual areas.
• Identify and provide unit-based leisure activity programs in collaboration with unit managers and staff.
• Integrate activities into the patient care plan and document accordingly.
