Job summary

Olmsted Medical Center in Rochester, MN, is seeking a dedicated Finance Clerk for the day shift. You will prepare daily clinic payments for bank deposits and coordinate with branch clinics to ensure timely deposits.

The role requires an associate degree or equivalent experience, with a preference for a medical background and solid understanding of business and accounting concepts. Strong attention to detail is essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepares daily clinic payments for bank deposit.
• Works closely with branch clinics and other departments to complete all portions of deposit in a timely manner.
• Reconciles bank deposit with Clinic Posting Log for accuracy.
• Processes change requests for various OMC locations.
• Communicates daily with Finance department.
• Prepares bank information for Insurance Team.
• Researches clinic and hospital patient accounts for personal payment posting.
• Other duties as assigned.

Starting Pay - $20.57 to $30.86 (based on experience)
