Job summary

Olmsted Medical Center is seeking a 1.0 FTE Day Shift role with a starting pay of $20.57 to $30.86 per hour, based on experience.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or equivalent experience required.
• Excellent computer skills required.
• Medical background preferred.
• Strong understanding of business and accounting concepts required.
• Strong attention to details.

Responsibilities

• Prepares daily clinic payments for bank deposit.
• Prepares branch office deposits daily.
• Works closely with branch clinics and other departments to complete all portions of deposit in a timely manner.
• Reconciles bank deposit with Clinic Posting Log for accuracy.
• Processes change requests for various OMC locations.
• Communicates daily with Finance department.
• Processes patient payments.
• Prepares bank information for Insurance Team.
• Researches clinic and hospital patient accounts for personal payment posting.
• Other duties as assigned.
