$16.25to $23.20/hourly, based on experience.

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Medical terminology desired, understands medical and financial confidentiality, minimum 1 year of customer service experience required. ICD-10 and CPT-4 coding desired. Payment balancing experience desired.
Must have superior communication and customer service skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a timely manner, ability to communicate in person, by phone and in writing in a clear, concise and professional manner, ability to reason and prioritize responsibilities effectively and ability to resolve problems with minimal assistance.
Data entry skills required, expedient and accurate use of 10 key and basic computer skills required.
