Education, Training, Experience and Licenses/Registrations Required:
1. High school diploma or GED
2. Minimum of one year job related experience recommended
3. Typing skills 35 WPM desirable
4. Computer experience
5. Experience in intense customer service and people interaction preferred
6. Bilingual communication skills helpful
7. Experience in intense concentration, attention to detail, and organizational skills

2. Ability to communicate with staff, physicians, support agencies, patients, families, vendors and others.

6. Ability to function when exposed to hazardous chemicals and/or biological materials.
7. Ability to respond to pages, telephones and other auditory stimulation.
