Job summary

Riverside Medical Clinic is seeking a Patient Services Representative to handle incoming calls and support direct registration, eligibility, and payment updates. This role supports care access within the Riverside region and aligns with Universal Health Services’ network.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of customer service experience, with basic typing, 10-key, and word processing skills. Hours are 8:30am–5:30pm.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year of prior customer service experience.
• Basic typing, 10-Key, and word processing skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the supervisor as requested.
• Answer phone calls on a daily basis. Must be able to handle several incoming lines and direct calls to appropriate individuals in a timely professional manner.
• Assist in updating of patient demographics/registration
• Assist in verifying patients' insurance eligibility.
• Complete QRM occurrence reports as needed.
