Bertrand Chaffee Hospital in Springville, NY is seeking an experienced Patient Accounting Manager to oversee the billing operations and staff, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across the revenue cycle. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years in a management role, hospital billing experience, EMR proficiency (Medhost/EPIC preferred), and demonstrated leadership in a union environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred with minimum 5 years of experience in a management capacity.
• Extensive medical billing and collection experience in a hospital or similar institution with working knowledge of physician practice billing.
• Working knowledge of hospital EMR, billing systems and related clearinghouses.
• Must be computer software and hardware literate.
• Medhost/EPIC experience preferred.
• Experience managing within a union environment.

Patient Accounting Manager to join our team in Springville, New York. The successful candidate will oversee operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness of the department and staff.
