Job Summary:

The Individual Contributor will provide excellent customer service, product information, solutions, and relevant details to patients and providers. This role emphasizes above-and-beyond communication to ensure patients feel heard, understood, valued, and connected with Apria. Key responsibilities include:

  • Turning disgruntled patients into advocates
  • Supporting field teams, operations, and sales with timely feedback
  • Problem-solving common complaints and partnering cross-functionally
  • Proactively enhancing the patient experience
  • Championing employee experience and company culture

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Supporting branches across a designated market
  • Reviewing patient accounts and obtaining necessary documentation to bill insurance
  • Researching and securing information to maintain coverage
  • Managing relationships with field leadership, referrals, and patients
  • Ensuring documentation meets compliance standards
  • Following up to ensure timely reimbursement

Minimum Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3-5 years’ experience in healthcare or health insurance industry

This is a remote, US-based position. Candidates must reside in the United States. Company systems are monitored, and equipment outside the US requires prior approval.
