Job Summary:

The Individual Contributor will provide excellent customer service and product information, solutions, and relevant details to patients and providers. Key responsibilities include:

• Turning disgruntled patients into advocates
• Supporting field teams, operations, and sales with feedback
• Problem-solving complaints and flagging trends
• Creating a positive patient experience
• Driving company culture and employee engagement

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supporting branches across a designated market
• Reviewing patient accounts and obtaining documentation for billing
• Researching and securing information to continue coverage
• Managing relationships with stakeholders
• Ensuring documentation compliance
• Follow-up for reimbursement

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3-5 years of healthcare/insurance experience

Skills and Abilities:

• Patient-focused, action-oriented, collaborative, effective communicator, energetic, relationship builder

Additional Requirements:

• Intermediate skills in MS Access, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio, Word
• Proficiency in English
• Intermediate mathematical skills

Physical Demands:

This role is stationary, requiring sitting, standing, repetitive motions, and occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
