Guidehouse seeks a Patient Account Representative for on-site training at our Birmingham, Alabama client office. After training, schedules may shift; candidate should live within 50 miles. Role involves reviewing patient accounts, handling bankruptcy notices, and confirming insurance coverage as needed.
Qualifications include a HS diploma or GED or 2 years of relevant experience, plus 0–2 years in healthcare, health insurance, or finance. IDX/EPIC/STAR/HealthQuest experience is a plus.
