Texas Fertility Center in Central Austin is seeking a Patient Account Representative/Checkout to be the confident final step in every visit, ensuring accurate medical billing and a smooth checkout experience for patients.

You will collect copays and payments, post and reconcile transactions, verify insurance details, and answer billing questions with empathy. You’ll keep precise records in our PM/EHR systems and Microsoft Office, supporting a seamless patient journey.

• Experience in healthcare billing and patient accounting is required.
