This part-time position involves serving as a primary point of contact for patients regarding their account status, payment options, and insurance information for our walk-in Urgent Care Clinic. The role requires meticulous attention to detail to verify patient data, process payments, and resolve discrepancies efficiently. By maintaining clear and compassionate communication, the representative helps enhance patient satisfaction and supports the healthcare provider’s revenue cycle management. Ultimately, this position contributes to the smooth operation of patient financial services and fosters positive relationships between patients and the healthcare organization.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a customer service or patient account role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Basic knowledge of medical billing and insurance terminology.
