Job summary

Baptist Health in Kentucky seeks a Patient Accommodations Coordinator to optimize bed allocation, maximize bed utilization, and support timely admissions, transfers, and discharges. You will monitor real-time bed availability and coordinate with nursing, admissions, and case management.

This PRN role requires a high school diploma and at least two years in a medical office or related field; an associates degree and prior hospital services/insurance experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of two years in medical office or related experience.
• Experience coordinating patient flow and bed assignments a plus.
• Basic understanding of hospital operations and insurance processes preferred.
