Job summary

Loyola Medicine, a member of Trinity Health, in the Chicago area, is seeking a Patient Access Representative I to support day-to-day department operations, drive efficiency, and uphold service quality. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of three years’ experience with competency in patient access, pre-service and/or registration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the department to improve workflows and service delivery.
• Coordinate operational, technical and administrative support to meet customer and organizational needs.
• Mentor team members, provide guidance, training and performance feedback.
• Onboard staff, support staff development and maintain departmental procedures and documentation.
• Utilize technology systems for data management, reporting and workflow coordination.
• Ensure compliance with Trinity Health policies, quality standards and safety requirements.
• Foster collaboration, communicate goals and partner with leadership to achieve objectives.
• Promote a safe, organized work environment and support resource utilization.
