Assist in the training process for new and current employees. Coordinates lunches and/or breaks as needed. Act as a leader for their scheduled shift and ensure proper protocol is followed. Maintains patient and employee privacy and confidentiality. Enforces, follows and supports all processes, policies and procedures and ensures all staff are updated and trained when changes occur.
