Job summary

Baptist Health is seeking a Referral Coordinator in Kentucky to coordinate referral requests and appointment communications using strong clerical and customer service skills. You will organize requests from multiple locations, obtain preauthorizations, and keep stakeholders informed of appointment status.

Required is a high school diploma with excellent verbal and written communication. Computer skills are preferred, and additional education is welcome to support the role.

Under general direction, the Referral Coordinator coordinates referral requests and communication of appointments using general clerical and customer service skills including, but not limited to, organizing requests from multiple locations, obtaining preauthorizations, and communicating status of appointments.
