Froedtert Health in Milwaukee, WI is seeking a Patient Access Service Representative (PASR) to deliver an exceptional front-of-house experience. You will proactively greet patients and visitors, provide outstanding customer service in person and on the phone, and support multiple clinic sites as a float when needed.

This on-site, full-time role offers 40 hours weekly with standard shift; requires strong communication, proficiency with Outlook, Excel and Word, and a willingness to work across

EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION

Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred but not necessary. One year of experience as a receptionist/assistant or work in a customer service field.

EDUCATION DESCRIPTION

High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.

SPECIAL SKILLS DESCRIPTION

Effective communication skills, oral and written required. Ability to multi-task. Strong proactive organizational skills a must. Must have excellent customer service skills. Must be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word. Knowledge of medical terminology and EpicCare is preferred.
