Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Patient Access operations across registration and admissions to ensure efficient patient flow and accurate data.
• Monitor billing and data accuracy, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal standards.
• Partner with senior leadership to drive process improvements and implement best practices across the health system.
• Manage department budgets and support HR-related activities including staffing and performance management.

This is a key leadership role where you’ll influence operations, drive process improvements, and ensure an exceptional patient experience from the very first interaction.

What You’llDo

This role blends team leadership, operational oversight, and strategy to improve both patient experience and revenue cycle performance.

Leadership & Team Management

• Lead and develop a team of:
• Provide coaching, performance feedback, and development support
• Foster a culture of accountability, service, and continuous improvement

Operations & Process Management

• Oversee daily Patient Access operations across registration and admissions
• Ensure efficient patient flow, accurate data collection, and proper bedutilization
• Evaluate workflows and identifyopportunities to improve performance

Quality, Compliance & Accuracy

• Ensure adherence to federal, state, and hospital regulations
• Oversee billing audit processes and accuracy of patient data
• Maintain compliance with organizational and regulatory standards

Strategy & Continuous Improvement

• Partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams
• Drive process improvements across the health system
• Implement best practices to enhance service quality and operational efficiency

Budget & Organizational Support

• Manage and monitordepartmental budgets
• Support HR-related activities including staffing and performance management
• Represent Patient Access in leadership meetings and cross-functional initiatives

What You Bring

• High School Diploma
• Experience working with patients in a hospital or healthcare setting
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams

Preferred

• 3+ years of leadership experience in healthcare
• Strong understanding of Patient Access / Revenue Cycle operations
• Experience leading process improvement initiatives

For this US-based position, the base pay range is $46,738.00 - $66,107.05 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

This job is eligible to participate in our annual bonus plan at a target of 5.00%
