This Position is On-Site in Clarion PA
Patient Access Supervisor supports the overall operation and is responsible for all admitting functions of the hospital. The supervisor ensures compliance with corporate policies and guidelines and completes timely evaluations on their team members. This role is responsible for reporting processes and overall patient and physician satisfaction. The incumbent must be able to handle stressful situations and provide decisions using sound judgment. Must have the ability to handle multiple requests and deliver a high level of customer service, setting the example for all patient access staff. Ensures staff receive appropriate training and is responsible for the adequate staffing of their area 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays.
