Peace River Center seeks a Front Office Registrar to support multiple outpatient locations with client intake, scheduling, insurance verification, and financial documentation. The role emphasizes accurate data entry, insurance compliance, and excellent customer service across sites.

The incumbent will input patient information, verify eligibility, collect co-pays, and coordinate authorizations as needed, while traveling to various locations to cover staff shortages.

Formación

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 1 year of customer service experience.
• 1–2 years of healthcare registration, insurance verification, or medical billing preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide front-office support and client intake paperwork.
• Schedule and confirm client appointments.
• Input and update client information in the electronic system.
• Verify insurance eligibility prior to services.
• Collect co-pays and process payments.
• Greet patients and visitors professionally.
• Travel to outpatient offices as needed.
• Reconcile daily charges and prepare daily bank deposits.
