Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years related work experience preferred.
• Experience with computer systems, including web-based apps; Outlook/Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Access helpful.
• Call Center or telephone customer service experience preferred.
• Typing speed 40+ WPM.
• Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
• Bilingual written and verbal communication skills preferred.
