• Complete an efficient and organized registration, admission and insurance verification for all inpatients and outpatients.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure that accurate information is collected.
• Inform patients of their rights as determined by HIPAA regulations and Harris Health System policy.
• Ensure all accounts contain comprehensive and accurate data to provide for timely billing and optimal reimbursement.
