Job summary

You will process charts according to workflow standards, collect patient liabilities, and support a patient-centered team committed to compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Prefer one year of registration experience.
• Knowledge of Medical Terminology.
• Knowledge of Anatomy. Effective Communication and Computer Skills

Responsibilities

• Interview patients for all pertinent account information and verify insurance coverage.
• Verify insurance and obtain precertification/authorization.
• Calculate and collect patient liable amounts with signatures for treatments.
• Process patient charts according to paperwork flow needs and productivity standards.
• Interview patients or relatives to obtain identifying and biographical information with insurance data.
