Job summary

Howard Head Sports Medicine in Frisco, CO is seeking a PRN Pool Patient Access Representative. Pay is hourly, $20.67 to $24.25 USD, with 16% PRN differential. Hours are not guaranteed as this is PRN/Pool.

Qualifications

• Customer service and clerical experience.
• Must have working knowledge of English language.

Responsibilities

• Registers patients and performs all registration-related functions, including obtaining necessary consents and collecting financial paperwork.
• Communicates effectively with patients by phone and in person to provide access to care and answer inquiries.
• Resolves non-clinical questions with excellent customer service.
• Performs documentation audits for medical necessity and payor requirements using EMR and other systems.
• Schedules procedures and educates patients on pre-/post-exam requirements, issues reminders and recalls.
