Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Six months minimum in a customer service setting required.
• PREFERRED: medical health insurance knowledge preferred.
• PREFERRED: medical terminology Revenue Cycle experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advances the revenue cycle by completing patient pre-registration and registration for inpatient and outpatient services.
• Verifies insurance and benefits and reviews admissions and regulatory requirements for visits.
• Serves as the first point of contact in Patient Access across hospital settings.
