Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Willingness to pursue additional certifications, CRCR within 9 months of hire (company-paid).
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Handle patient access tasks including MRN assignment and eligibility checks.
• Process physician orders and collect insurance information.
• Operate the telephone switchboard and route calls professionally.
• Ensure compliance, accuracy, and timely data entry for POS and billing.
• Conduct pre-registration of patient accounts and obtain demographic details.
• Explain consent forms and distribute necessary patient education documents.
• Review insurance verification and ABN screens to support Medicare-related processes.
