Vitruvian Health is seeking a Medical Office Registrar for the Calhoun primary care location. The role covers front-desk duties, patient scheduling, and registration, with responsibility for copays, time-of-service accounts, coding review, and charge entry where needed.

Candidates should have 1–5 years of front-desk experience in a physician practice and familiarity with CPT/ICD-10 coding. The position is full-time, on-site in Calhoun, GA, with comprehensive benefits and a supportive team

Qualifications

• Completion of high school diploma; college courses preferred.
• 1–5 years of front-desk and customer service experience in a physician practice.
• Demonstrated competency with medical coding (CPT/ICD-10) and PC skills.

Responsabilités

• Handle front-end tasks including customer service, scheduling, and registration.
• Manage co-pay collections, time-of-service accounts, and end-of-day closure procedures.
• Review encounters for coding accuracy and perform charge entry when needed.
• Maintain cash drawers, post payments, and balance patient accounts at visit time.
• Coordinate with patients, providers, and staff to ensure smooth operations.
