Job summary

Qualifications

• Medical terminology experience is required.
• Preferably two years front desk oncology practice experience.
• EPIC electronic medical record experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Register, pre-register, consent and schedule all patient appointment types across clinics and hospital.
• Verify insurance and ensure authorization is secured before service delivery; assist with financial clearance.
• Collect co-pays and provide patient with itineraries and test instructions.
• Respond to patient inquiries and serve as a liaison between patients and staff across departments.
