• Scan PHI and file patient information packets for upcoming services.
• Educate patients on financial liabilities and collect payments per policies.
• Verify insurance, obtain authorizations, and coordinate post-discharge care.
• Support scheduling and coordination across multiple Patient Access areas as needed.
