The role supports scheduling, medical records, and financial clearance across departments to ensure smooth patient flow and accurate billing while upholding HIPAA and customer service standards.

Competenze

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent/relevant experience.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience required.
• Excellent verbal and written communications in English; customer service mindset.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and patient privacy; able to handle sensitive information.

• Register patients for clinical services; verify insurance benefits and collect payments.
• Coordinate scheduling of walk-in, add-on, and follow-up appointments; communicate POS and financial responsibility.
