Digestive Health Specialists, P.A., a leading gastroenterology group based in Winston Salem, is recruiting a Patient Access Specialist (Front Desk) for our Winston Salem office. Our practice was founded in 1979 and now serves patients in 5 locations. Patients choose us for our experienced providers and caring staff. No weekends, nights or on‑call duties apply to this position.

Responsibilities

A front office team member is expected to greet everyone with a friendly and welcoming demeanor. They ensure the patient check‑in and check‑out process is completed effectively and efficiently. The position provides excellent customer service to all patients, visitors, and vendors that come to our offices and may travel to satellite locations as needed.
