Temple Health is seeking a Patient Interviewer to ensure accurate and efficient registration for hospital services. You will gather and process registration, billing and related information across admissions, outpatient, radiology and ED while verifying insurance coverage.

Failure to comply with verification steps may affect patient experience; you will promote a positive first impression and coordinate with families to review registration details and benefits.

Qualifications

• 3 years experience in Patient Access required.
• Experience with insurance requirements and third-party billing required.
• TUH/TUHS training program completion may be considered in lieu of experience.

Responsabilités

• Ensure patients are correctly and efficiently registered for hospital services.
• Gather and process registration, billing and related information from patients.
• Verify patient insurance coverage and benefits.
• Promote a positive patient encounter as the first impression of the hospital.
