Temple Health is seeking a Patient Interviewer for 8:00 am–4:30 pm to ensure that all patients are correctly registered for hospital services. You will gather and process registration, billing and related information from patients in Admissions, Outpatient, Radiology, and Emergency Department, and verify insurance coverage.

This role emphasizes delivering a positive patient encounter as the first impression of the Hospital, working with patients and families, and adhering to policy and process

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Patient Access or admissions.
• Experience with insurance requirements, verification, and 3rd party billing.
• Experience in a related role.
• TUH/TUHS sponsored training/internship may be considered in lieu of experience.

Responsabilités
