Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Patient Access experience preferred.
• Knowledge of registration, Non-Federal and Federal billing regulations, and state programs such as Charity Care.
• Medical terminology and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect co-payments and issue receipts; reconcile daily cash in the PFS Department.
• Greet patients in a timely, friendly manner and ensure accurate data collection.
• Utilize available technology to complete registrations and safeguard patient information.
