RAMC in Wisconsin is seeking a Patient Access Specialist to join our Physicians Group Clinic. You will help create a welcoming and efficient experience for patients, assisting with check-in and scheduling while gathering and entering patient information.

The role requires a high school diploma and strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work independently, be resourceful, and use basic computer tools. Schedule is Monday–Friday 7AM–5PM with possible weekends.

What you'll do:

As a Patient Access Specialist, you’ll help create a welcoming and efficient experience for patients visiting our Physician’s Group Clinic. You’ll assist with patient check-in and scheduling, gather and accurately enter patient information, and perform a variety of clerical and reception duties to help keep the clinic running smoothly.

Education and Training Required:

• High school graduate or equivalent.

Experience:

• Experience working in a hospital or other medical environment is preferred.

Special knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Good organizational Skills
• Good Time Management
• Excellent hand-written and oral communication skills, grammar, punctuation, and style
• Ability to work independently
• Resourceful; is aware of and utilizes the available resources
• Basic Computer knowledge

Physical Requirements:

• Continuously sits at a desk
• Frequently stands to perform tasks
• Occasionally push/pull with up to 50 pounds
