Job summary

Buena Vista Regional Medical Center in Storm Lake, IA is seeking a customer-focused registration associate to support the Emergency Room with accurate patient registration, payments, and intake during scheduled shifts.

This role requires self-motivation, strong computer/typing skills, and the ability to communicate clearly with a culturally diverse patient population, while maintaining excellent service standards.

• Thursday and Friday 8am-4:30pm including weekend rotation. Saturday & Sunday 2pm-10pm completing registration duties in the Emergency room.
