Job summary

Duke Health Lake Norman Hospital in Mooresville, NC seeks an experienced Operations Administration leader to guide the administrative direction of the Operations Administration team across inpatient units.

You will collaborate with the Director of Clinical Operations to align staffing, budgeting, and resource allocation with patient care goals; hospital policy interpretation and crisis response are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing is required.
• Master's degree in Hospital Administration, Business Administration, Nursing, or a related field is required.
• Minimum 5 years of progressively responsible experience in hospital administration or patient care.
• Must have current or compact RN licensure in North Carolina.
• BLS certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate administrative direction of the Operations Administration team and oversee daily hospital operations.
• Maintain visibility with frontline staff, perform rounds, and triage patient flow with the ED and inpatient units.
• Develop budget recommendations, monitor resources, and supervise hiring, performance, and FTE management.
