Endeavor Health Careers is hiring a Patient Access Representative in Plainfield. This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday 11:00 am–7:30 pm schedule with every-other-weekend coverage (Sat–Sun 5:00 pm–1:30 am) and 2 holidays per year.

Hourly pay ranges from $19.89 to $28.84, depending on experience. Responsibilities include greeting patients, collecting demographics, entering data into the EHR, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, and supporting billing as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree Health Administration Required.
• Experience in patient access or healthcare administration preferred.
• Experience using patient registration and scheduling systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients during the registration process.
• Enter patient demographics and insurance information into the EHR.
• Schedule patient appointments across departments and coordinate with patients.
• Verify patient contact information and appointment details.
• Verify insurance coverage and eligibility, and assist with billing issues.
• Provide patients with information about registration, scheduling, and payment options.
