Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients, check-in/check-out, verify information, and schedule follow-ups.
• Handle payments and explain financial responsibilities.
• Support clinic operations by managing phones, referrals, and EMR documentation.
• Provide a positive patient experience and address questions professionally.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with therapists and teams to coordinate care and resolve access issues.
• Provide coverage support and assist with special projects.
