Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience involving a multi-line phone system with a high volume telephone environment and extensive computer usage

Responsibilities

• Handles all incoming telephone calls in a prompt and courteous manner, transfers calls to appropriate person(s) within the clinic or takes detailed messages
• Schedules patients' appointments in-person at the reception desk or over the telephone
• Maintains patients files and records
• Prepares the daily clinic schedule and directs patients to their appointments
• Provides training and orientation of new staff to ensure smooth clinic operations
