Job summary

Providence Swedish is seeking a patient access scheduler to coordinate appointments, services and procedures at Swedish First Hill. The role involves gathering demographic and clinical information to ensure accurate scheduling and smooth patient flow in a fast-paced environment.

You will work with physicians' office staff and the patient processing team to maintain excellent customer relations and support the mission of compassionate, person-centered care across our health system.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a similar or related field (i.e., physician’s office, scheduler, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Scheduling services, procedures, and appointments by obtaining demographic and clinical information.
• Work collaboratively with physicians' office staff and other members of the patient processing team to ensure maximum customer relations.
