Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Acts as first point of contact to all customers.
• Organizes and facilitates clerical administrative duties of department.
• Performs cross‑functional clerical tasks and data entry related to department.
• Maintains patient charts and communicates with physicians' offices as needed.
• Ensures patients are prepared for exams and assists in patient transport when needed.
• Registration duties: gathers information, creates records, obtains authorizations, and collects payments.
