• Updates and verifies patient demographics, insurance and contact information and assists with forms.
• Directs patients on next steps and communicates delays or wait times.
• Schedules appointments using provider templates and guidelines.
• Obtains insurance eligibility information and reviews responses for completeness.
• Coordinates with care teams to provide a seamless patient experience.
