Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Post secondary education preferred.
• Pre-cert experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promptly answer telephone calls and schedule patients in a timely manner.
• Enter demographic and insurance information, Pre-Cert Info when applicable.
• Check medical necessity and patient insurance; coordinate with physicians and departments.
• Maintain departmental standards of Talk Time and teamwork.
