Responsibilities

  • Handle scheduling and registration for Outpatient Services including Surgery, Infusion, Diagnostics, Labs, and Virtual Health.
  • Coordinate with care teams to meet performance metrics and priorities.
  • Provide courteous, knowledgeable assistance to patients and family members.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for scheduling and patient access processes.
  • Cross-cover related Patient Access functions as needed.

The PASCI in this assignment demonstrates a working knowledge of a multitude of scheduling and registration for Outpatient Services to include but not limited to: Surgery, Blood and Bone Marrow, Integrated Clinical Services, Diagnostics, Labs, Behavioral Health, Virtual Health, Research, and Infusion of the Medical Center and can be pulled to work in any capacity, due to business need. Must be comfortable with medical terminology, problem solving, and thrive in an environment with many competing priorities and demands.
