Job summary

Qualifications

• Computer proficiency required for registration and scheduling tasks.
• Knowledge of small office equipment (copier, fax, calculator) is needed.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates the registration and scheduling process for patients.
• Schedules patient appointments for ancillary departments.
• Notifies physician offices of possible non-covered appointments.
• Facilitates precertification for outpatient clinics.
• Maintains clerical records for scheduling functions.
