What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Pre-register and schedule patient appointments with appropriate providers in a courteous manner
• Direct calls to the appropriate area for services not provided in Patient Access Scheduling
• Receive requests for information and ensure timely distribution of materials
• Schedule, admit, and pre-authorize insurance for all patients in the assigned area
• Serve as the first point of contact for patients, providing empathetic and compassionate solutions
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)
