Fairview Health Services is seeking a Patient Access Scheduler to pre-register and schedule patient appointments, direct calls, and facilitate information requests. The role requires compassion, empathy, and the ability to navigate medical scheduling with accuracy, including insurance pre-authorization where needed.
Training spans four weeks, with an onsite start at Midway in St. Paul, followed by remote work as training progresses.

We hire Patient Access Schedulers in a class format tied to training schedules. Training is the first 4 weeks of employment so we start a group of individuals to go thru training all together. We will be looking to start our next classe on October 12.
5:30 am to 4:00 pm / Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday (10 hour shifts)
First 4 weeks of employment. Monday thru Friday and generally 8:00 to 4:30. The first week is onsite at our Midway location in St. Paul. There maybe a couple of onsite days the next week but then training typically goes remote for the rest of the 4 week.
